Training
Handing the platform to engineers, analysts and executives
Enablement
Engineers, analysts and executives trained on the platform they now run themselves, inside the engagements rather than beside them.
The engagement: existing, as built, in production
Existing
The challenge
Client teams across engagements lacked the skills to use Foundry and its analytical tooling on their own. Engineers had to move from traditional data engineering into Foundry, and analysts and executives relied on dedicated engineering support for every insight.
As built
What we built
- Foundry upskilling for SQL and Python engineers: data connectors, pipeline development, AI-assisted development and data modelling, in sandbox sessions
- Analytics enablement: workshops on Foundry’s analysis tools for analyst teams, with guided exercises towards self-service
- Executive training on effective AI use and AIP Analyst
In production
The impact
- Client engineers build and maintain Foundry pipelines independently, with less dependence on us
- A self-service analytics culture among analysts, removing the bottleneck on engineering
- Senior leaders confident applying AI to strategic questions
Independent
by the end of the engagement

The same problem elsewhere
The same handover applies to any team that has a platform and a partner, and wants the platform without the partner.
- Manufacturing & engineering
- Plant and central data teams trained to run their own pipelines and analyses.
- Energy & utilities
- Asset and operations analysts moved to self-service, engineers owning the pipelines.
- Public sector
- Departmental analysts and engineers trained to extend what was built, without a standing contract.
- Healthcare & life sciences
- Informatics and operational teams running the platform after the build.
Bring us the version of this you are living
Every engagement here started as somebody’s stuck programme. Tell us where yours stands.
