ESG reporting across several domains relied on large manual spreadsheet processes drawing on diverse sources, from automated external data feeds to manual uploads by business units. The fragmentation caused inefficiency and inconsistency and made accurate, timely disclosure hard.

What we built
- A unified ESG reporting platform on Foundry consolidating automated and manual sources, with standardised ingestion, transformation and validation across underwriting, investment and IT
- Governance and versioning for lineage, auditability and secure global access
- Templated pipelines, so new ESG requirements are added at scale rather than rebuilt

The impact
- One ESG hub as the single source of truth, replacing the spreadsheet workflows
- Underwriters upload new contracts and see projected emissions immediately
- A scalable framework ready for future ESG regulation and evolving data needs
