Manual sign-offs, fragmented controls and little visibility into discrepancies between submissions weakened governance, while underwriting, cost planning and macroeconomic shifts pressed on the timeline.

- Manual confirmations replaced by structured workflows; real-time consistency checks across business-unit submissions and the central repositories
- Tailored quality validations giving contributors instant feedback, on a unified data model that consolidates every upstream input

- Data integrity improved by real-time validation between the planning tool and the finance repository
